The Residenza Maritti is located in the historic center of Rome, in the heart of the oldest and most characteristic district of the city: Monti. From its rooftop terrace you can admire one of the most evocative and romantic views of the city. It offers accommodation in rooms in comfortable and elegant apartments in a 19th century building. The Contemporary Suite is located on the fourth floor: bright, finely furnished, with large and light spaces, it preserves the style of the beginning of the century in its grit floors. Furnished with taste it is also enriched by paintings and sculptures by emerging Italian artists. All rooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. A nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace on the floor where you can spend relaxing moments are at your disposal. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Every morning you will find the breakfast buffet with service for drinks at our artbistrot: Lupigiada La Residenza Maritti It is located in front of Via dei Fori Imperiali, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum.
The Residenza Maritti is located in the historic center of the city. We find ourselves exactly between the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. The Roman forum is right in front of us! Walking through the characteristic streets of Rione Monti and then flowing directly into the ruins of the Forum of Augustus is a unique experience. From the Baroque period to the Renaissance, from the Middle Ages to ancient Rome. In the neighborhood you will find typical Roman trattorias, restaurants with cuisine from all over the world, wine bars, bistros and trendy bars for after dinner. Moreover refined boutiques for your shopping time and artisan shops where to buy the real "made in Italy" in every form and expression in fashion, artistic and culinary. For vintage lovers the now established "Monti Market" which takes place every Saturday and Sunday of the month. Not least the "Black Market" with its Sunday aperitifs and noteworthy live concerts and the "Charity caffe" which is now a reference point for jazz in the capital for its numerous live music events. A neighborhood, the Rione Monti that coexists with an extraordinary past offering its most fascinating side of modernity.
