Read MoreThe Rainbow Magic Land is a magical family centered theme park that measures around 16 thousand square meters. If you want to space out from culture and history, and give your children an absolutely fun day, then this is the way to go. This amusement park is located in Valmontone, around 50 kilometers away from Rome.
The magic park offers 38 attractions that are ideal for the whole family, not just for the kids.
Children can enjoy,·for instance, Magic Googelaars Street at the theme park. They can also have a great time at the rotating house called the Houdini, in PopPalla, in Machine Volanti, in Amerigo, among others. There is also a playground for the smallest ones and for the stormy days!
For those who love an even more adventurous tour, they can take the thrill rides. Among these, there is the Shock rollercoaster, Demonia the haunted house, Mystika the free fall of 72m high (!), Cagliostro the indoors rollercoaster and the Inglese Volante .
In summer, you can find even more attractions open or at least, they will obviously look more appealing. For instance, you can enjoy the Polarettilandia, which is an aquatic playground; or sail in a boat with family over the Rapide, the Pixie River or Yucatan.
And in Halloween·(from October 1st·to November 4th),·you may also enjoy the eerie yet pleasant atmosphere as the whole park is festooned with Halloween night theme. It’s super!

The park stages six various shows at the moment. Among the shows that are sure hits for the audience are the stunt shows and the interactive Bombo show. Also staged in the park is the Winx fairies show, from the Nickelodeon cartoons; also the Robin Hood musical, among others – the shows vary according to the time of the year. There are also aquatic ballet and theatre performances (like Romeo & Juliet play) that are held in the park. Not to mention the colorful and breathtaking firework display.
If you’re spending six hours or more in the park (it’s big enough to do so!), you’ll definitely be hungry at some point. You can find restaurants, bars and kiosks within the park, but you can also bring your own snacks if you want and enjoy them in the picnic field.
Rainbow Magic Land is not just about families with children. The park is also an ideal destination for thrill seekers of all ages. If you need a break from the ancient monuments and museums of the Eternal City, this is the place to come for a great day out.·
Rainbow Magic Land can be reached in two different ways: one, if you are in Valmontone already, you can take a shuttle bus from there itself to the park; and two, by·shuttle bus from Rome Termini·station to the park, with a round trip to the station.
This bus leaves from Via Marsala, 71 at 9 20am. We recommend you to be there at least 15 minutes before departure.
